How do known organized people survive?? Probably in a less stressed out way then me.
We leave for a 2 week Toronto vacation on Monday, so naturally there is a lot of organizing that needs to be done for that, especially with a 15 month old who has never flown...
...but to make things just a TAD more crazy here, Keith's sister is getting married on Sunday. I am the wedding planner.
We must have been on drugs when scheduling this trip for Monday!
The wedding is 2 hours from my house. I have to be there all day tomorrow to set up the ceremony site and the reception site and then plan the rehearsal and eat rehearsal dinner all while sick butt pregnant.
Then on Sunday obviously things will be bonkers with planning and fixing and organizing and all that goes with wedding madness and I will probably be up till 2am cleaning and then have to be at the airport at noon.
So today was DO EVERYTHING day. I packed (which is hard to do when you still have 2 and 1/2 days of living before getting on the plane) I cleaned, I laundried, I did it all while looking after two monkeys and feeding two monkeys (with Keith's help) and managing to get my hair cut because OH GOD was it gross.
I have 6 SIX lists running, all laid out on the coffee table. Things to do before we leave, things to buy before we leave, things to pack for Ivy, things to pack for me, things to pack for plane, things to bring to wedding (wedding planners have fancy little kits of a random assortment of things most people would never think to bring to a wedding, but things that are always needed).
My brain hurts.
But I am almost ready. A few last minute things need to be shoved into the few remaining spaces in our luggage.
I probably won't be posting much after this. I will try to get the 11 week belly shot up in the gallery for you.
I hope you all have a great first 1/2 of August.
PS didn't get sick! all the tea drinking and orange juice seemed to help!
