You will often find me with a book in my hand, haha or a computer :) 

Whenever there is a spare moment, like the chiclettes are both playing happily, Ayla is napping, Ivy's with Daddy, the soup is simmering, whatever, I will get a few more pages read. 

I read ALL kinds of books, seriously I will try anything. I just finished reading The Series of Ice and Fire by George  R R Martin. It was AMAZING and there are still 2 books he has to finish writing! 

So sitting around one day with no book to read, Ivy was in the tub and I was itching to use this spare moment with some reading. So I ran to my stash of in the midst of reading books (I have started many books and then went on to something more exciting before finishing them!). There I found the 9th book of The Lemony Snicket books, A Series of Unfortunate Events. Before Keith and I had children we both loved these books. Keith would read a chapter to me every night before bed. We got 1/3 way through the 9th when Ivy was born and there we stopped. 

I picked it up and knew exactly where the story left off and dove in remembering the good times we had reading these books. But the big difference is now I have kids and reading about these orphaned, abandoned and all alone children has brought me to tears many, many times! I read the rest of the 9th one that day. I am now almost done the 10th one.

TODAY: Laundry! Ahhh it is mounting. And possibly locking my spicy baby in her room all day.....joking, but dudes she gets in these inconsolable fits and it drives me mad!!!!!

Love this!! :) I am a big reader too and am trying to get in some reading before the baby comes!
