{this moment} - A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember. See Soulemama to play along.

It's Remembrance Day. I always try to do something to remember on this day, because there is history to this day, because there would be no history without the people who we remember on this day. I don't have anyone in my family who is in the military, but I know people who have husbands, fathers and wives who work to keep this country free.
I LOVE my country. I LOVE my province and I want to show thanks that we get to live here the way we do, free, protected and happy.
A plan came to me the other day and although it might be strange, I think I am going to follow through. I plan on doing a small flower making craft with Ivy this morning and then going to the big grave yard in the city and finding a soliders grave to place the flower on. Then I want to find a vehicle with a veteran license plate and leave a flower for them. So thats our morning, our little way of remembering.
Thank you to those who made and make this country so wonderful to live in.
